SYNOPSIS
SINOPSE
The video is part of a series of eleven noise track videos by BAST under the collective title Burn Out. The camera is still, but not completely static. The music dictates the rhythm of fast-paced, detailed footage of cutting leeks and grating carrots. The music and image create a comical contrast.

Zemira (1958) graduated from the Faculty of Social Sciences in Ljubljana in 1984. During the early 1980s, she was a leading member of the multimedia and theatre group FV 112/15 and the Disko FV. Between 1983 and 1989, she was a member of the multimedia group Borghesia. In cooperation with Neven Korda, she was the author of several video films, music, and dance videos (under the name ZANK). From 2011, she has been a TV editor and a journalist, directing also her own documentary films and TV shows on art and culture on public television RTV Slovenia.
