SYNOPSIS
SINOPSE
After the recent death of her mother, Dragica is now the only person working on her small family farm in western Serbia. Over one hot summer day, she battles with the burden of legacy and the responsibility of being a provider to many.

Isaac Knights-Washbourn is an Aotearoa/New Zealand Filmmaker based based in Portugal and Scotland. Awarded an Erasmus Mundus Scholarship, Isaac graduated in 2021 with an MA in Screenwriting at the Kino Eyes Masters Program. “Mother’s Milk”, his short documentary shot in Western Serbia, has screened in competition at Dok Leipzig, ZagrebDox and was nominated for the Silver Eye Award at the East Silver Market held at the 27th Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival.
