SYNOPSIS
SINOPSE
While a family in Switzerland prepares for a visit to their former homeland Bosnia, their relatives on the other side wait patiently for their arrival. A poem that gently subverts what it means to be a dispersed family in times of migration and extended exile, confronting those who have gone with what was left behind.

Ivan Petrović has grown up between Bosnia, Croatia and Switzerland. He pursued a degree in film directing at the HEAD in Geneva (Haute école d‘art et de design - Genève), from which he graduated in 2022. His films have been screened and awarded in various festivals, among others in Belfort, Winterthur and Locarno. He identifies as non-binary and is currently based in Bern, Switzerland.
